Spotless vacation rental living room ready for guests

Built for hosts who need reliability

Short-term rental hosting is a hospitality business, and the turnover clean is the moment that makes or breaks your guest experience. A missed spot, a stale smell, or an unfinished bathroom can turn a five-star review into a three-star complaint — and in competitive markets, that difference shows up directly in your booking rate.

We built our vacation rental cleaning service around the specific pressures hosts face: tight windows between checkout and check-in, back-to-back bookings during peak season, guests who leave properties in unpredictable condition, and the constant need for presentation-quality results on a repeatable schedule. Our crews follow a detailed turnover checklist that covers everything from linen changes and full kitchen resets to staging common areas and reporting damage back to you before the next guest arrives.

Whether you manage a single casita in La Quinta or a portfolio of twenty properties across Scottsdale and Palm Springs, we scale our service to match your operation. Same-day turnovers are standard during peak periods. We coordinate with your booking calendar, handle key and lockbox access, and send completion photos after every clean so you never have to wonder whether the property is ready.

Frequently asked questions

How fast can you turn over a vacation rental?

For a typical two- to three-bedroom property, our crew completes a full turnover in three to four hours. Larger homes with pools, casitas, or outdoor kitchens may take longer. We schedule crews to finish well before your next guest's check-in window — even on same-day turnovers where checkout is at 11 AM and check-in is at 4 PM.

Are you available during Coachella, Stagecoach, and other festival weekends?

Yes, and we plan for it. Festival weekends are our busiest periods in the Coachella Valley, and we scale our crew capacity accordingly. We recommend that hosts with festival-weekend bookings confirm their turnover schedule with us at least two weeks in advance so we can lock in crew assignments and timing.

What happens if guests leave the property in unusually bad condition?

It happens. When our crew arrives to a property that needs more than a standard turnover — heavy staining, excessive trash, broken items — we document the condition with timestamped photos before we begin cleaning. We send those photos to you immediately so you can file a damage claim with the booking platform. We then clean the property to guest-ready standard, which may require additional time beyond the quoted scope.

Do you take photos of the completed turnover?

Yes. After every turnover, our crew photographs key areas — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces — and sends them to you as confirmation that the property is guest-ready. This gives you a visual record for your own peace of mind and is useful if a guest claims the property was not clean on arrival.

How do you handle key access and lockboxes?

We work with whatever access system you use — lockboxes, smart locks, keypads, or key handoffs. During onboarding, you share your access method and any gate codes, alarm codes, or community entry procedures. Our crews follow the same access protocol every visit and confirm lockup when they leave.

Do we need to provide cleaning supplies, or do you bring your own?

We bring all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you want us to restock guest-facing consumables — toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, coffee pods — you can either provide a supply closet on-site or arrange for us to purchase and restock on your behalf. We will track what we use and report when supplies run low.

We rely on First Class for pre-arrival cleans at our vacation rental. Guests consistently comment on how spotless the property is. They handle the turnovers seamlessly, even on tight schedules.
